Suki has developed her coaching to enable her to coach all levels of riders from competitive to novice & beginner riders. All disciplines are catered for whether it be on the flat or over fences.

Gaining first hand knowledge over the last 20 years, Suki herself has competitively show-jumped at numerous high profile events over the course of her career however now focuses her time and energy into creating fun, enjoyable sessions for her riders.

Based around the classical horsemanship of “The scales of Training” sessions work to improve balance, seat, the co-ordination between horse and rider, develop the riders position & core stability, achieve a correct and consistent self carriage.

Instilling confidence in the rider is a big part of gaining a partnership between a rider and horse. My passion and understanding lets me bring out the very best for each partnership I coach.

Whether your sessions are be flat based working to improve dressage scores, working over cross country fences or looking for that elusive double clear out showjumping, I can assist to give you techniques and skills to enable you to reach your goals and smash them!

Coaching sessions

Coaching sessions can be done at your own home venue or our yard facilities – we have a great full course of show-jumps available at our yard that we can utilise for jumping or grid work sessions.

Semi private lessons are also available but with no more than 4 riders at any one time to gain the best from the sessions.

Clinics are carried out at Rallies, Competition and Lectures at various venues with many references being available.

I also teach disabled adults and children and work hard to ensure that a true partnership is created between rider and horse/pony.
Please call 07889 966399 or an email suki@hobbyhorseequestrian.co.uk to discuss your needs. I am confident I can help.

We also offer Livery from our Elmesthorpe yard – see livery for details.
